What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer (Unarmed) position at LMS?
The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises, enforce rules and boundaries, assist the client in any security needs, be able to be a presence, make reports, and be attentive and alert.
Shift info:
- Shift options from: Multiple shift options available (Swing & Graveyard Monday-Sunday, Morning shifts Saturdays & Sundays).
Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety and security rules and regulations.
- Identify building security risks.
- Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors.
- Watch for suspicious persons or activities.
- Visual deterrent for crime.
Requirements:
- Must be physically capable to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift
- Must have a clean driving record
- Move or lift objects up to 100 lbs.
- Must be capable of climbing steps repeatedly, squatting, kneeling, etc.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record for past 3 years.
