Physical Therapist (PT) | Home Health | Pediatrics | PRN to FT
We have an immediate need for a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will provide PT services to pediatric patients in a Home Health setting.
Job Description
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards.
Specific Duties:
Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in the central Houston area
Services include physical therapy evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments based on patients plan of care
Build case load to full-time equivalent within 6 months
Job Requirements
Graduate of APTA accredited school
State therapy license or eligible in Texas
CPR Certification
Must have pediatric experience
