Physical Therapist (PT) | Home Health | Pediatrics | Full-Time and PRN
We have an immediate need for a Physical Therapist (PT) who is seeking a PRN position with an established home health agency. The successful candidate will provide physical therapy evaluations.
Job Description
As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards.
Specific Duties:

Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients and develop a plan of care, in a home health setting.
Job Requirements

Graduate of APTA accredited school

State therapy license or eligible in Texas

BLS/CPR Certification
-
Pediatric experience preferred
