Medical Receptionist
We have an immediate need for a receptionist in Weslaco, TX. Full-time, M-F, 7-4.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Inform clinical director of progress, changes, outstanding or late lock dates
Assist with entering of patient demographic data.
Greets people as they enter the office, answers calls, answers general questions, screens visitors and delivers messages
Maintains the files, supplies, postage and general office condition in an orderly manner
Handles correspondence and word processing for the Organization. May type memos, agendas or maintain meeting minutes
Makes appointments and informs staff members of meetings
Process office mail
Photocopying as required
Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately
Performs other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service skills
1 year experience performing medical office duties
Ability to type at least 40 wpm
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Bilingual preferred
