What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Office Schedule/coordinator - Home Health position at LMS Recruiting?
We have an immediate need for a Bilingual Patient Schedule Coordinator for an established home-health care provider. Position is full-time, permanent, M-F office hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be Bilingual.
- Fast typist
- Must have experience in home health with a good understanding of scheduling requirements
- Must have experience completing form 485 - Plan of Care
- Must be organized with the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Must be time efficient and have organized work habits
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule and coordinate patient visits for medical staff
- Process patient intake information
- Communicate patient progress and approvals with physicians in a timely manner
- Process signed 485’s/orders
- Verify patient schedules are met by staff and treatments are completed
- Ensure accuracy of all key documents including 485's and intake forms.
- Other office duties as needed.
