Must Have The Following To Apply
- Bachelor's Degree (any) from an accredited agency recognized by the ED
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Eight years of relevant experience in a management role, ideally in program management and personnel development within a SOF organization
- Experience can be combined from CIV/CTR/MIL positions
- Experience should include exposure to a multi-service environment where expertise is utilized in advising a labor pool
- Knowledge of government contracting and SOCOM mission requirements
- Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams
- Ability to multitask in a changing environment with deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and performance management systems
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Provide contingency planning and issue resolution for operational challenges
- Other related duties as assigned
