LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Program Alignment and Site Optimization (PASO) Specialist to join our team.
Location: JBSA Randolph, TX (travel required)
Job Description:
The PASO Specialist plays a key role in program fidelity and alignment. This role involves site visits, evaluation of training quality, and continuous support for curriculum implementation across the CRAFT project sites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual site visits and evaluations using standardized checklists and coordinate follow-up support.
- Provide feedback on instructor delivery, Aircrew Conditioning Program Assessment (ACPA) testing, and curriculum use.
- Facilitate cross-site communication and knowledge sharing.
- Create and deliver written reports of findings, observations, and recommendations post site visits
- Collaborate with site personnel to identify curriculum implementation challenges and develop strategies for improving instructor performance, utilization rates, and unit buy-in
- Support onboarding, training quality, and continuous process improvements.
- Travel: Up to 50% travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a Human Performance or Education-related field.
- 7 years of experience with instructional oversight and performance programs.
- 2 Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or program evaluation.
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). Please visit the following link for more information:
