LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Dietitian – Domain Lead (Nutrition) to join our team.

Job Description:
As the Nutrition Domain Lead, you will provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise for performance nutrition across the CRAFT enterprise. This role supports consistency in dietary education, curriculum, and research.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on nutrition strategies for aircrew.
- Design, deliver, and maintain instructor onboarding and qualification training courses for new personnel within the domain.
- Develop and deliver onboarding and qualification courses for RD personnel.
- Ensure all curriculum is current, evidence-based, and aligned with operational demands.
- Lead quarterly synchronization calls with the RD team across the CRAFT program.
- Support research initiatives and assist with program evaluation.
- Participate in curriculum development and standardization across sites.
- Participate in the development and refinement of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM), requirements documentation, and program expansion initiatives.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or closely related field.
- 7 years of experience in providing RD services within tactical aviation populations or high performance DoD operational communities.
- 2 Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity.
- National Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software.

- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
