Front-of-House Operations Manager :
John G's is a high volume , well established breakfast and lunch restaurant known for great food , fsty pace service , and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for a strong , hands-on Front-of-House Operations Manager who leads from the floor and thrives in a busy service environnement .

This is a highly hands-on role - you will be on the floor 95% of the time , actively hosting , cashiering , expediting , food running , and leading service by exemple . If you prefer managing from an office , this role is not a fit .
Daily Responsibilities :
-Be the face of the dining room during service
-Greet guests, manage wait lists , and host when needed
-Run the register and assist with cashiering
-Expedite orders and help ensure food accuracy and speed
-Food run and assist servers during rushes
-Handle guest questions, concerns and service recovery
-Actively manage and coach FOH staff during shifts
-Communicate constantly with the kitchen to keep service smooth
-Maintain high standarts for cleanliness , organization and hospitality
-Ensure smooth day to day operations during all service hours
What you'll also handle ( Operations and Leadership )
-Train new FOH team members
-Set the tone for urgency , professionalism , and hospitality
-Make the schedule and take care of shift coverage
-Enforce policies and standarts consistenly
-Identify service issues and fix them in real time
-Work closely with ownership to improve systems and flow
Requirements
-2 years experience in a high volume restaurant leadership role ( breakfast is a plus )
-Extremely confortable working the floor during busy services
-Natural leader that leads by example
-Calm under pressure in fast pace environments
-Flexible , reliable and detail oriented
-Mornings and daytime availability ( no late nights )
