Position Summary
The Bartender position at Crazy Mountain Ranch is responsible for providing an exceptional F&B experience for our guests throughout their stay, while ensuring all their needs are met to the highest industry standard. The Bartender will also be responsible for daily side work and cleaning duties as assigned.
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional bar service to our guests.
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Execution of daily bar service.
- Maintain organization and security of storage facilities.
- Maintain inventory and communicate needs accordingly.
- Cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
- Set-up and break-down of function areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of all function areas.
- Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met.
- Assist Dining Room staff when needed.

Experience Requirements
- Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic wine, beer and spirit knowledge preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours
- Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
- Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
