Position Summary:
As a Bartender at The Club at Crazy Mountain Ranch, you will craft elevated cocktails and provide warm, attentive service in a refined yet relaxed setting, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests.

Winter Season December 22nd – March 15th
Job Duties:
- Provide exceptional bar service to our guests.
- Adhere to all Food Safety policies and procedures.
- Execution of daily bar service.
- Maintain organization and security of storage facilities.
- Maintain inventory and communicate needs accordingly.
- Cleaning and side work duties as assigned.
- Set up and breakdown of function areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of all function areas.
- Engage with guests to ensure all their needs are communicated and met.
- Assist Dining Room staff when needed.

Experience Requirements:
- Previous Food and Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous bartending experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic wine, beer, and spirit knowledge preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift overhead up to 20 lbs.
- Able to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work while standing or walking for up to 8 hours
- Manual dexterity with repetitive movement
- Able to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, squatting, or bending forward.
