Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Baristas for the Winter 2026-2027 season!
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency and the Member and guest experience
- Take and serve orders
- Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
- Prepare smoothies, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverage orders
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
- Attend to Members and guests upon entrance
- Know or learn Member’s names immediately
- Present and help Members and guests select beverage options
- Answer questions pertaining to beverage options
- Relay and prepare beverages according to any special dietary restrictions and special requests
- Receive and process charges to Member accounts
- Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station
- Clean smoothie and coffee machines and equipment
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
- Maintain table cleanliness and service at all times
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 3 months of barista experience in a luxury resort or private club setting
- Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
- Regularly required to talk and/or hear
- Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
- Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
- Constantly stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach with hands/arms
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US workers & H-2B workers
