What You'll Do

Ensure Lighting Equipment is Show-Ready

  • Inspect lighting fixtures, control systems, and accessories to verify operational readiness and quality standards.
  • Prepare equipment for outbound show orders, confirming cleanliness, accuracy, firmware status, and physical condition.

Validate Equipment Performance

  • Test lighting systems using control consoles and accessories under simulated event conditions.
  • Identify equipment issues and coordinate repair or replacement through internal teams.

Maintain Inventory Accuracy

  • Support equipment returns and reshelving processes following events.
  • Document equipment concerns and maintain quality control records.

Support Operational Excellence

  • Maintain organized prep and storage areas to support efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with Video, LED, and Audio teams during show builds and busy preparation periods.
  • Follow quality control procedures and standard operating processes consistently.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in live production, entertainment technology, or equipment handling.
  • Working knowledge of lighting systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
