What You’ll Do
As a Landscape / Irrigation Specialist, you’ll be a key field technician responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems—while also supporting landscape installation and maintenance work as needed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of their work and can shift between irrigation and general landscape duties seamlessly.
You will:
- Install new irrigation systems (residential & light commercial)
- Diagnose and repair irrigation issues (leaks, wiring, valves, controllers, coverage problems)
- Perform seasonal services (start-ups, winterizations, system checks)
- Troubleshoot electrical and water pressure issues
- Read irrigation plans and execute layouts accurately
- Assist with landscape installations (planting, grading, mulch, drainage, etc.)
- Support general maintenance tasks when irrigation work is limited
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate issues, material needs, and job progress to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Complete daily job notes, photos, and time tracking

- Has hands-on experience with irrigation installation and repair
- Understands system components (controllers, valves, zones, wiring, heads, drip systems)
- Can troubleshoot problems independently and efficiently
- Is willing and able to perform general landscape labor at a high level

- Is dependable, punctual, and professional
- Communicates clearly with team members and leadership
- Can lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in all conditions
- Maintains a positive, team-first attitude
- Can help train others who are less proficient

Tools & Equipment Experience
You should be comfortable working with and around:
- Irrigation systems (controllers, valves, heads, drip lines, wiring)
- Trenchers and basic excavation equipment
- Hand tools (shovels, pipe cutters, pruners, etc.)
- Power equipment (blowers, trimmers, compact equipment)
- Basic electrical troubleshooting tools (multimeter preferred but not required)
What You’ll Get
- Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Hours: 35–50 per week
- Paid time off & holidays
