LMG General Contractors is a Houston-based commercial general contractor with 20 years of experience in hospitality, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use construction across Texas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly project reports (progress, budget, schedule)
- Manage project documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, daily logs
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Generate cost reports, variance tracking, and forecasting for ownership
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control standards
- Ensure compliance with plans, specs, building codes, and OSHA safety standards
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY REQUIRED
- Procore — project management, daily logs, RFIs, submittals
- Bluebeam Revu — plan review, markup, punch lists
- Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 — scheduling
- Microsoft Excel — budgets, cost tracking, reporting
- Experience with estimating software a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years commercial construction project management experience
- Hotel/hospitality construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal reporting skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- OSHA 30 certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid TX driver's license
- Based in or willing to relocate to Brownsville/SPI area
