About this position:
LMCU is looking for an IS Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting various applications used by the credit union. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes by providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
What you’ll do:
- Provide frontline technical support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Perform, lead and test system upgrades, configurations, integrations and enhancements in an agile environment.
- Create and maintain system documentation including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, system configuration workflows and system integrations.
- Install and configure software for users and coordinate licensing as needed
- Define and document software access procedures and assist with maintaining user setups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including key stakeholders, IS professionals and 3rd party vendors to understand user requirements, identify system issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance metrics, identify areas for improvement or optimization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure compliance with agency and regulatory guidelines.
- 2 years of experience administering and supporting Temenos LMS (Origination and Collections) and Journey Platform
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including participating in Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of high-quality solutions is preferred but not required.
