Job Summary

Victory Lane Quick Oil Change is looking for qualified, full-time and part-time Automotive Service Technicians for our locations. Our staff is professionally trained, and our customer’s best interests are kept in mind. We provide a quick, convenient, professional setting, where customers can comfortably have their vehicle serviced. We strive to be the best in customer service. do intend to suggest all necessary preventative maintenance services for our customer’s vehicles, so our customer’s vehicles stay in top running condition and operating safely. With 19 corporate stores in the Michigan area this is a great opportunity to excel in the role as a automotive technician and beyond.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Check and recommend automotive products and services based on customer car needs
• Be able to communicate directly with the guest as needed
• Evaluating customer needs based on mileage or other indicators
• Advising our customers on their automotive needs based on manufacturer recommendations
• Be able to Perform automotive preventive maintenance such as changing oil, checking and replacing filters, refilling different fluids and complete fluid exchanges, replacing lights, and wiper blades
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to work beside diverse employees, and with a diverse customer base
• Have a welcoming personality
• Flexible scheduling & ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
