What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team leader/Residental Cleaner position at LMB Cleaning Services, LLC?
Looking for a team leader to lead a team on the day-to-day basis of Cleaning residential homes .
Job is about 24-28 hours per week Monday-Friday. Pay is weekly.
Responsibilities:
-direct the team in day to day cleaning
- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
Skills:
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
