What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Business Systems Analyst position at LMB Associates?
Manufacturing client seeks an IT Business Systems Analyst with the following background:
*3 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst supporting IT applications and mapping business processes and workflows
*Experience with a midrange ERP system and knowledge of how applications are integrated
(JDE, MS Dynamics, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor, Deacom, IFS)
*Experience and the ability to articulate how you analyzed workflow requirements, what issues you were addressing, and how you produced improved solutions
*Strongly prefer experience with a midrange ERP system and improving data flow accuracy in some aspect of that system
*Solid problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Creative thinker who is business process minded and logical
*Seeking someone comfortable working with ambiguity
*Ability to utilize O365 including Teams for communications, collaboration, and documentation tracking
*Prefer experience within a manufacturing environment (but not required)
*Willingness and ability to work onsite in the western suburbs 4 days/week
Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
Must currently reside in the Chicagoland area.
