Core Functions:
- Proactively interact with potential clients to identify their communication requirements for both home and small business operations.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Frontier's internet services in an easy-to-understand and persuasive manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions and expert advice, rather than just pushing products.
- Achieve and surpass established goals for sales volume and other key performance indicators on a consistent weekly basis.
- Meticulously document all client communications and sales transactions for future reference and analysis.
- Continuously educate oneself on new products, special deals, and improvements to Frontier's services.
- Work together with colleagues, exchanging effective sales techniques and contributing to overall team achievements.
- Uphold a high standard of conduct and ethical behavior in all dealings with customers and the public, reflecting positively on both LM Telecommunications and Frontier.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Comfortable working in face-to-face customer environments
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
