As an Internet Connectivity Sales Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of helping customers unlock the power of Frontier’s cutting-edge fiber and internet solutions. You’ll be the expert they trust, the guide they need, and the closer who makes it happen.

Core Functions:

  • Proactively interact with potential clients to identify their communication requirements for both home and small business operations.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Frontier's internet services in an easy-to-understand and persuasive manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by offering tailored solutions and expert advice, rather than just pushing products.
  • Achieve and surpass established goals for sales volume and other key performance indicators on a consistent weekly basis.
  • Meticulously document all client communications and sales transactions for future reference and analysis.
  • Continuously educate oneself on new products, special deals, and improvements to Frontier's services.
  • Work together with colleagues, exchanging effective sales techniques and contributing to overall team achievements.
  • Uphold a high standard of conduct and ethical behavior in all dealings with customers and the public, reflecting positively on both LM Telecommunications and Frontier.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for fiber and internet solutions
  • High level of energy, motivation, and resilience
  • Comfortable working in face-to-face customer environments
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a background check
