This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Salesperson located in Pennsauken, NJ. The role involves identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting HVAC service contracts and maintenance agreements. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, preparing proposals, presenting services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The salesperson will collaborate with the service and technical teams to provide customized solutions for clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in HVAC and Plumbing systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in identifying customer needs and proposing tailored HVAC and maintenance solutions
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in commercial sales, with a focus on service contracts or technical industries, is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required for client visits
