What You’ll Do

Lead the line with confidence and help drive smooth, high-energy service from open to close

Work side by side with the kitchen team to deliver fresh, consistent, well-executed food every shift

Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, prep, and service flow

Help train, coach, and motivate the team to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment

Keep food quality, presentation, and portioning on point across every plate that leaves the kitchen

Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready kitchen that meets safety and sanitation standards

Jump in wherever needed, from prep to expo to the line, to keep the kitchen running strong

Help manage inventory, prep levels, and product quality so the team is set up for success

Set the tone for a positive, accountable kitchen culture built on hustle, teamwork, and consistency

Help bring the Lucky Fish experience to life through strong execution, great food, and team leadership
