We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support a portfolio of restaurants in Raleigh, combining both marketing and advertising projects with a strong emphasis on growing our social media presence.
What You’ll Do
As Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Brand team and Operations to bring our marketing strategy to life in the field. You’ll play a hands-on role in campaign execution, reputation management, and social media engagement, driving guest traffic, sales growth, and stronger community connections.
You will:
- Ideate and execute multi-channel sales-driving advertising campaigns and tack results.
- Plan, coach, and advise Operations teams on effective local store marketing tactics.
- Develop intensified plans for underperforming restaurants to improve sales and guest counts.
- Manage market-level marketing budgets, calendars, and planning cycles.
- Create and lead social media strategies across multiple restaurant concepts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Produce engaging digital content (images, video, copy) to grow awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Monitor reputation platforms (Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google).
- Stay current on competitor activity and share insights to strengthen our strategies.
- Partner with field support teams to ensure alignment and execution in local markets.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing or advertising (restaurant/retail industry preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Proven success leading social media programs with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Experience with grassroots/local restaurant marketing.
- Willingness to spend 50% of time in restaurants and trade areas; travel up to 20%.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Natural curiosity and drive constantly aspire to be better.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
