What You’ll Do

• Own the restaurant by leading safety, training, sales, operations, and overall profitability

• Build, coach, recognize, and develop a high-performing management team

• Drive strong front- and back-of-house execution, including staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development

• Create a culture that is results-driven, solution-focused, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality

• Lead from the floor and make sure every shift delivers the energy, consistency, and experience our guests expect

• Communicate clearly and effectively with Home Office, leadership, managers, team members, and guests

• Be the face of Carolina Ale House in Winston-Salem by building strong relationships throughout the local community

• Manage cost of sales and controllable expenses with a sharp focus on restaurant performance

• Uphold company standards, policies, and all applicable laws

• Lead with an ownership mentality and treat the restaurant like it is your own
