Looking for Machine operators for the Grind department on our 3rd Shift (10:30 p.m. - 6:35 a.m.)
Key Responsibilities - Machine Operator:
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and operating equipment. They are also responsible for cleaning and quality-checking their machinery to ensure everything works as it should.
- Ability to use and read gages (Attribute gages, micrometers, calipers, optical comparator).
- Ability to use basic shop math for making proper machine size adjustments as necessary.
- Understanding the importance and demonstrate the ability to produce quality parts within the customer speciation's at the standard production rate.
- Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Ability to shut down machine for quality-related problems and get assistance if needed.
- Ability to make offsets to machines - Will train.
- Blue print reading – Will train.
- Ability to change machine tooling and predetermined tool life is expired – Will train.
*Must be able to follow procedures and perform efficiently. Use job related gages; SPC knowledge; and mechanical

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Machine Operators: 1 year
- Continuous Work Experience - Same Employer: 1 year (Preferred)
