Who You Are

You likely have:

  • 4 years in accounting or financial management (construction, real estate, or professional services preferred)
  • Strong understanding of accounting best practices, internal controls, and quality assurance
  • Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office; construction accounting tools a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, detail-driven, improvement-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor financial reporting, month-end close, and client deliverables for accuracy and timeliness
  • Ensure accounting best practices and internal SOPs are followed consistently
  • Identify and resolve quality gaps, inefficiencies, or process deviations
  • Perform audits and quality reviews of client files and team output
  • Support client onboarding with accurate setup and adherence to standards
  • Align team efforts with performance metrics and client feedback
  • Develop and implement quality control protocols, checklists, and review processes
  • Partner with operations and training teams to develop staff professionally
  • Stay current on industry regulations and accounting standards
