You likely have:
- 4 years in accounting or financial management (construction, real estate, or professional services preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting best practices, internal controls, and quality assurance
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Office; construction accounting tools a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, detail-driven, improvement-oriented mindset

What You’ll Do
- Monitor financial reporting, month-end close, and client deliverables for accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure accounting best practices and internal SOPs are followed consistently
- Identify and resolve quality gaps, inefficiencies, or process deviations
- Perform audits and quality reviews of client files and team output
- Support client onboarding with accurate setup and adherence to standards
- Align team efforts with performance metrics and client feedback
- Develop and implement quality control protocols, checklists, and review processes
- Partner with operations and training teams to develop staff professionally
- Stay current on industry regulations and accounting standards
