Building Maintenance Technician

Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Full training provided to expand your skills Opportunities to grow within the maintenance team Be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment What You’ll Do: Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, building structures, plumbing, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs under guidance from leadership Assist with refrigeration system inspections Maintain material handling equipment safely and efficiently Operate power tools, welding equipment, and lifts as needed Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures What We’re Looking For: Completion of trade school courses or some experience in building maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, Freon, CO2) is a plus Willingness to learn and follow instructions to complete preventative maintenance tasks Comfortable using hand and power tools Basic computer skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable working in a range of temperatures: -20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage (company-provided protective gear supplied) Ability to lift 50 lbs/23 kgs or more Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed Some locations may require working at heights or in loud environments Join Lineage and build a career where your skills matter, your growth is supported, and your work is valued!
