Outside Sales & Project Specialist
Do you have a background in finished carpentry or millwork and the drive to help lead a growing business?
At Lloyd’s Cabinet Shop, we built our reputation on over 50 years of custom craftsmanship. We are looking for more than just a salesperson; we need a high-initiative Project Specialist who can bridge the gap between a client’s vision and the technical reality of our shop.
The Role:
- Expert Consulting: Meet with homeowners and builders to provide professional solutions for custom molding, millwork cabinetry, countertops, and full remodels.
- Precision Measurement: Conduct on-site field measurements to ensure a perfect fit for our manufacturing team.
- Project Leadership: Act as the face of Lloyd’s from the initial sale through the start of production.
- Initiative-Driven Growth: Identify opportunities to add value to a customer’s project through our diverse service offerings.
What You Bring:
- Industry Roots: Experience in a millwork shop, molding supplier, or as a finished carpenter is highly preferred. You need to know how things are built to sell them.
- Owner Mindset: You are hungry to help us scale, you take initiative on every job, and you don't need to be micro-managed.
- Professionalism: You are comfortable representing a premium brand and can build long-term trust with our Michigan clients.
