YOU WILL BE DOING REAL WORK
- Advanced diagnostics & drivability
- Electrical troubleshooting (CAN bus, wiring, communication faults)
- Engine & transmission R&R
- Timing belts/chains
- Complex HVAC work
- Leading and mentoring lower‐level techs
- High‐quality inspections on every vehicle
- Keeping a clean, efficient, professional bay
WHAT WE EXPECT
- 5 years professional experience
- Strong diagnostic ability — not guesswork
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficiency with scan tools and advanced equipment
- Clean driver’s license
- Pride in your work and zero drama
