- Supporting the Sales team with administration, customer enquiries, and vehicle handovers.
- Assisting Aftersales with service bookings, invoicing, and customer communication.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes.
- Providing excellent customer service across all departments.
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the BMW Motorrad dealership.
- Has a passion for motorbikes and motorcycle culture
- Is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, varied environment
- Has good communication and organisational skills
- Is looking to develop a long-term career within BMW Motorrad/Honda
- Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, full training will be provided.
