Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal forums.
• Review and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and legal trends.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Kentucky.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
