What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Cleaner position at Lloyd Management?

As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add a Part-Time Cleaner to our team in Cannon Falls!
This Part-Time, hands on position will off up to 20 hours per week and have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Common area cleaning
- Unit turnovers
- Light grounds work and snow removal
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as applicable
Requirements
- Cleaning and light maintenance experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information

*The posted pay range for our staff in this position is from entry level to fully independent and proficieint in the role. The candidate selected will be offered a wage applicable to their background and skill set as aligned to our business.
