Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on commercial cleaning practices.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts to promote environmental sustainability.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition.

Requirements

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
