LLK Greenhouse Solutions, is a national greenhouse sales and service provider headquartered in Strongsville, Ohio. LLK Greenhouse Solutions has serviced the Greenhouse Industry nationwide for over 80 years. LLK provides multiple services which include commercial and institutional greenhouse design, construction of greenhouses, maintenance, and emergency repair services. LLK Greenhouse Solutions is currently growing its construction team and looking for a Construction Site Foreman with strong leadership skills, team builder mentality, technical skills, problem solver and strong communication abilities. Job Summary
Greenhouse Construction Foreman will coordinate all site construction activities and supervise field personnel as required to successfully complete the project. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. This position will require a good driving record, as well as willingness to travel out of town/out of state short and long term. Company vehicle provided. Drug screening is required. Job Responsibilities
- Ability to read installation plans provided by the manufacturer.
- Promotes job site safety, safe work practices, identifies, rectifies hazards immediately and ensures employees are adhering to company safety policy and OSHA regulations.
- Lead installation crews by coordinating and supervising job construction activities.
- Directs field personnel to achieve completion on schedule, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications.
- Maintains construction schedule and identifies/solves problems.
- Material planning, scheduling and ordering.
- Maintains professional relationship with customers, contractors, suppliers and company employees.
- Prepares job schedules.
- Maintains an organized job site and proper paperwork.
- Project/Site Estimating.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining a culture of collaboration, accountability, trust, and customer/project focus.
- This position requires regular and reliable attendance and adherence to work schedules.
- Other duties may be assigned or required by management.

Qualifications
- 5 Years of construction experience with knowledge of operating tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Able to comprehend and understand construction/ assembly drawings
- Ability to work independently and keep flexible hours
- Valid Ohio driver’s license
- Ability to physically lift heavy materials
- Ability to travel long distances via plane and/or automobile
- Minimum Education H.S. Diploma or GED
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
