What You Bring…
Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following: Early Childhood Education (ECE), Elementary Education, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 30 credits in child-related credits. Active and current enrollment in an accredited program may be considered when combined with experience
Experience working with young children; school setting and/or childcare facility
Willingness to work flexibility hours based on the needs of the school and program
Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check
Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment
Compensation…
The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position.
Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to your students
Support children through learning, playing, meals, and resting
Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring classroom environment
Collaborate with your team to develop creative curriculum ideas
Communicate with families daily through mobile apps and personal updates

Salary : $15 - $18
