Lincoln Land Community College is seeking a qualified, part-time, non-benefited Clinical Instructor to teach in the Massage Therapy Program in Springfield at the LLCC-Medical District.Instructors will be responsible for the following:Provide quality instruction and classroom management.Make recommendations to appropriate parties for updates/changes as needed to maintain currency of the class/program.Maintain accurate records and submit records/data by due dates.Develop syllabus, quizzes, exams, and other course materials.Use online portal to access instructor resources.Instructor’s pay will range $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience and education. The anticipated schedule for this position includes 312 total instructional hours, held from 5:30 PM to 9:30 PM on the following days:Mondays and Thursdays from September 2026 through March 2027Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from April through June 2027 Note: The exact start/end dates will be discussed with the selected candidate.The Paid Leave for All Workers Act allows part-time employees to earn 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked.
