Athletic Department Student Worker

Lincoln Land Community College's is currently accepting applications for a student worker to provide assistance to the Athletic Department.Student Workers will perform the following duties:Assist with the setup and breakdown of home athletic eventsAssist with routine cleaning and maintenance of athletic facilities, including gym floors, fitness center, and common areasSupport game operations such as line judge, stats,and scoreboardHelp with laundry duties, including washing and foldingStock and organize concessions areasStaff concession stands during athletic eventsAssist with office workPerform additional duties as assigned to support athletic operationsAll LLCC Student Workers have the following institutional responsibilities:Uphold LLCC’s mission, as well as certain standards of conduct within the College and in dealings with students, staff, faculty and the general public.Responsible for compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other regulations with regard to confidentiality of and access to student and other institutional records.Student Workers will be paid minimum wage and will be scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week at the main campus.Requirements include the following:Must maintain satisfactory academic progressMust be enrolled at least half-time (6 credit hours) during the semester of employment, with the exception of summer termComplete LLCC’s mandatory harassment prevention training within 30 days of employmentIf working with minors, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.LLCC strives to create an inclusive workplace and environment for our students, faculty and staff.
