Life Landscaping Mental Health and Sober Recovery Center is growing, and we’re excited to announce an opening for a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our PHP and IOP programs. We’re looking for a compassionate, seasoned clinician who is ready to lead a dynamic team and help transform lives every day.In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, guide and mentor staff, ensure high-quality treatment delivery, and help shape a supportive, client-centered environment. This is a meaningful leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about mental health and recovery work.Testing Purposes Posting- Role and ResponsibilitiesClinical Oversight & Program QualityProvide ongoing clinical supervision to therapists, counselors, case managers, and interns in accordance with licensing board requirements.Ensure all clinical services comply with state, federal, and accrediting-body standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF, DHCS, DCF, etc.).Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries for clinical accuracy and compliance.Oversee delivery of group, individual, and family therapy to maintain evidence-based, trauma-informed care.Monitor client progress, ensuring appropriate level of care, step-down, safety planning, and crisis intervention.Program CoordinationHelp develop, structure, and refine the IOP/PHP curriculum, including psychoeducation, skills training, and process groups.Coordinate interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and staffing discussions.Collaborate with medical providers (psychiatrists, NPs, nurses) to ensure integrated behavioral-health and medication management services.Support utilization review by ensuring documentation meets payor authorization requirements.Staff Leadership & DevelopmentTrain new clinicians on program standards, documentation requirements, workflows, and clinical best practices.Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop professional growth plans.Address clinical performance concerns and assist in corrective action when needed.Promote a positive clinical culture focused on ethics, boundaries, client safety, and professional growth.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
