Mobile Notary Signing Agent – Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, detail-driven Mobile Notary Signing Agent to join our team. This role centers on traveling to clients’ locations to notarize important documents while ensuring total accuracy, legality, and professionalism. You will be the face of a growing service, supporting individuals, families, and businesses who rely on fast, reliable notarization.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, handles clients with confidence, and thrives in a flexible, independent work environment. Bilingual candidates and those with strong customer support backgrounds are highly valued.

Key Duties

• Travel to client locations to complete notarizations for documents such as loan signings, affidavits, powers of attorney, and other essential paperwork.
• Verify signer identity and confirm each document is completed accurately and in compliance with state requirements.
• Explain the notarization process in simple, professional terms and address client questions.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of each appointment, including times, documents, and client interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Protect confidential client information and follow proper handling procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service presence—friendly, professional, and patient.
• Ability to multitask and work independently without needing supervision.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills for simple data entry and documentation.
• Experience in outbound calling, call center support, or customer service roles is a strong advantage.
• Strong attention to detail for verifying document accuracy and catching potential discrepancies.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions when necessary.
• Solid typing proficiency for quick and reliable record-keeping.
• A sales or client service background helps build rapport and retain repeat clients.

Compensation – Commission-Based

This position is commission-based, allowing motivated agents to earn more based on performance rather than being capped by an hourly wage.
