Help keep sidewalks safe and accessible this winter as a Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Member. Join a company known for reliable, quality snow and ice management, and work in a supportive three-person crew led by a foreman. You will clear snow and ice from walkways serving businesses and their customers, making a direct contribution to community safety. This role requires on-call availability, including early mornings, and outdoor work in winter weather. No prior snow removal experience is required.
Responsibilities- Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and pedestrian pathways using mini skid steers, four-wheelers, snow blowers, and shovels.
- Work with a three-person crew under the direction of a crew foreman to complete snow removal tasks efficiently and on schedule.
- Work outdoors in cold, wet, and windy conditions during snow and ice events.
- Maintain a nonsmoking work environment; smokeless tobacco is permitted.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Availability to work on-call, including early mornings, for shifts lasting 6–8 hours or longer.
- No prior snow removal experience required; one year of experience is preferred.
$20–$25 per hour
