Responsibilities:
· Client Meeting Support: Take notes and document key insights during client meetings.
· Planning Support: Assist in case discussions and input data for financial plans and reviews.
· Marketing: Contribute and help prepare for marketing events.
· Client & Team Support: Communicate effectively with clients and team.
· Administrative Support: Digitize files, scan documents, and maintain our database.
· Research & Special Projects: Explore new opportunities and insights to support advisors.
· No Sales or Cold Calling: This role focuses on operational and analytical support.
Qualifications:
· Enrolled or recently graduated in a Finance, Business, Economics, or related undergraduate/master’s program.
· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with digital & CRM tools.
· Highly organized – able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Team-oriented – thrives in a collaborative setting.
· Passionate about wealth management – eager to learn and grow in the industry.
