Job Summary
LJ's Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced Fleet Detailing Supervisor to oversee daily fleet cleaning operations for city buses. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising the detailing team, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating daily operations, and assisting with fleet cleaning and disinfecting as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the fleet detailing team
- Assign daily tasks and monitor employee attendance and break schedules
- Perform quality inspections on completed buses
- Wash and detail the interior and exterior of city buses
- Ensure buses are cleaned, disinfected, and ready for service
- Manage daily workflow and labor assignments
- Communicate with clients, management, and team members
- Follow OSHA, PPE, and company safety procedures
- Assist with hands-on fleet detailing as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of fleet detailing experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
