Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Broward County | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
LJAFFE PLLC is a therapist-owned company seeking a motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist or COTA to provide school-based services for a school located in Broward County School. I am the owner of LJAFFE PLLC and have maintained a continuous contract with Broward County Schools for over 10 years with the Occupational Therapist/ Physical Therapist OT / PT contract.

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (school hours)
- Setting: School-based
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and screenings by occupational therapist
- Provide individual, small group, or in-class occupational therapy
- Occupational therapist Develop therapy plans and complete progress reports and treatment notes
- Maintain accurate attendance and service documentation
- Attend and participate in IEP and 504 meetings
- Complete eligibility and dismissal paperwork
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Participate in RTI activities and approved District in-services
- Order adaptive equipment and consult with vendors as needed
- Supervise COTAs, if applicable
- Travel between school sites as required
Qualifications
- Active Florida Occupational Therapy (OT) license – required
- School-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
