General Responsibilities:
- Assist with overflow work from administrative assistants and fill in for the office receptionist
- Prepares letters, transmittals, memos, reports, forms and other business correspondence
- Edits documents (e.g., letters, reports, etc.) prior to client submittal. Files correspondence and other documents
- Assists in scheduling and confirming meetings
- Assists with project and department administration and coordination as required
- Receives and directs visitors, clients and applicants to proper individual
- Receives and relays incoming calls and takes messages in a timely manner
- Keep Review Schedule up to date daily.
- Work with scheduling the field crews with their operations.
Required Education/Licenses:
- High School Diploma
Required Experience:
- 3 years of experience
- Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines
