Duties
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and cooking under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and equipment
- Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and safety standards
- Operate POS systems like Toast POS for order processing
- Support banquet or large event setups by preparing serving stations and assisting with food distribution
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
- Experience with kitchen operations, cooking, or culinary activities preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
