Fleet Detailing Supervisor
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday (Weekend work may be required)

Job Description:
As a Fleet Detailing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and washing of city buses to ensure their efficiency. You will monitor various activities, perform other fleet-related duties, and handle administrative tasks. As a supervisor the position requires you to be on call as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash the exterior and clean the interior of city buses, including sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, cleaning rails and fixtures, and removing trash, full detailing.
- Frequently bend, stoop, walk, stand, and work in cramped spaces, including climbing up to 4 feet.
- Lift and move heavy items (30 to 40 pounds).
- Climb steps and kneel, bend, reach, and crawl to inspect, modify, and treat structures.
- Follow appropriate PPE procedures.
- Provide prompt, courteous, top-of-the-line customer service to each guest, setting an example for the team.
- Establish, build, and maintain work relationships with the team.
- Ensure employees are properly clocked in/out for shifts and assign break times.
- Oversee the operations of the finish line area.
- Manage labor and perform quality checks on each detailed bus.
- Handle fleet washing and cleaning for hourly, daily, and weekly forecast demand.
- Ensure the effective processing of all types of buses.
- Communicate with both internal and external contacts.
- Perform administrative tasks such as emails, record-keeping, and reporting.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Outgoing, energetic personality with a desire to work in a team-centered environment.
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand for long periods to perform normal job duties.
- Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions.
- Willingness to follow company dress code and operational guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service.
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
