We are a growing, family-owned used car dealership looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant / Sales Associate to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop their sales skills, and is interested in growing with an expanding dealership. Full-time opportunities may become available based on performance and business growth.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer leads and follow up with potential customers
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Learn and explain financing options to customers
- Complete sales paperwork and assist with dealership documentation
- Conduct vehicle test drives
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Keep the office clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Provide an outstanding customer experience
- Assist with day-to-day dealership operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Negotiation skills or willingness to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required due to our diverse customer base
