About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and detail-oriented individual to join the team at Bertha’s Beans Cat Café! This role is perfect for someone who loves pets, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a dynamic, locally owned business.
You’ll spend your time helping to create an amazing guest experience at our cozy cat café, home to adoptable rescue cats and delicious drinks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet guests and guide them through the café experience
- Assist in drink and food prep (prior barista experience is a plus, but not required!)
- Monitor cat room and ensure positive guest-cat interactions
- Support adoption efforts and share our rescue mission with guests
- Connect new adopters to Lizzi and Rocco's Natural Pet Market where all of their pet's needs can be met
- Gather and share content on our social media platforms
- Plan and execute fun and creative events

Requirements:
- Must be 18 and available weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable being on your feet for most of your shift
- Food handling experience is a plus—but not required
