Independent Contractor Cleaning Specialist

About us:

Liza Winters Cleaning Co. is a small, rapidly expanding residential cleaning business serving the West Metro suburbs of Minneapolis and surrounding areas.

Candidates must be Independent Contractors working on their own business.

We serve and drive to residential properties around the Lake Minnetonka Area, including Excelsior, Tonka Bay, Orono, Mound, Spring Park, Delano, Wayzata, Eden Prairie, Chaska, Chanhassen, Waconia, Minnetonka, Deephaven, and Hopkins.

We are looking to hire experienced contracted cleaners with a background in cleaning services who understand the basics of housekeeping and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has their own housecleaning clients and would like to supplement gaps in their schedules, has an eye for detail, and a desire to excel at precise cleaning processes.

Our goal is to provide the best customer service experience, with an emphasis on consistent results in both the cleaning itself and customer experiences.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a consistent, reliable, and dedicated Independent Contracted Cleaner.

The candidate will be an excellent communicator who can work well within a team.

The candidate MUST have their own reliable vehicle and is responsible for driving to multiple jobs daily and performing cleaning tasks within a dedicated time frame.

**Duties:**

- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas

- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning

- Provide excellent customer service to guests

- Assist with laundering and changing linens

- Manage housekeeping duties efficiently

**Qualifications:**

- Owner of a reliable vehicle

- Willing to work as an independent contractor

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
