As a No7 Advisor You Will
At No7, we invest in your development. You’ll receive comprehensive training covering skin biology, ingredients, and makeup techniques, with opportunities for career progression within Boots and the wider No7 Beauty Company. You could take your next step as a Counter Manager or Assistant Manager, or explore a wide range of beauty‑adjacent roles both in our stores and support offices.
We offer a 6‑month development programme for experienced, high‑performing Advisors who are ready to invest in their growth. While completing the programme doesn’t guarantee a leadership role, it’s an exciting opportunity to prepare for what’s next—building valuable skills, boosting confidence, and developing your personal brand to set you up for future success.

As a No7 Advisor You Will
- Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School programme, gaining a CIBTAC qualification recognised across the beauty industry
- Deliver personalised skincare and beauty consultations using innovative tools and technology to meet individual customer needs
- Confidently explain the world-class science behind No7 products, translating advanced ingredients and technologies into clear, relatable benefits
- Offer expert makeup advice, including shade matching and product demonstrations, to enhance the customer experience
- Drive sales and consistently achieve targets by actively promoting offers and new launches
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits, while working collaboratively with the wider Boots team to deliver exceptional service and commercial results
- Maintain a beautifully presented counter that showcases the incredible No7 range
- A genuine passion for skincare and makeup, with a desire to help others feel confident
- Enjoy meeting sales targets and playing your part to deliver great team performance
- Confidence in engaging customers, applying skincare and makeup and offering personalised recommendations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to put customers at ease and explain information clearly and simply
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and keep up to date with the latest skincare and beauty trends
- Passionate about being a No7 ambassador, proud to represent a brand with heritage and excited by its future and continued innovation
- Previous experience working with customers
- Experience applying skincare and beauty products on customers
